Keio University Library and Information Centers have developed a library automation system called KULIC, which consists of the following systems: (1) BICC: Budget control. (2) PICC: Serials holding lists. (3) CICC: Circulation statistics. (4) AICC: Acquisitions. (5) MICC: MARK-II tape utilization. This article describes the development process, the data elements and the structures of the PICC system. And the author evaluates the system discussing its problems and future prospects.
